ADHS will be performing maintenance on the Medical Marijuana systems starting on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at 10 PM expected to be completed by Sunday, January 25, 2015 at 4 AM. During this time, Medical Marijuana Online Registry Applications will be unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience this maintenance downtime may cause. - K-8 State Mandate
Required of K-8 educators in all public and charter schools. Educators should perform 3 to 5 SunWise activities annually. Private and home schools encouraged to incorporate SunWise activities into their existing curriculum but are not mandated.

Accompanies standard SunWise activities and makes them more physically active.

- Empower Pack Sun Safety Tip Sheet
The Empower program empowers children to make good choices about nutrition, physical activity, and tobacco using age-appropriate vehicles including costumed characters and a coloring book. In addition to reduced licensing fees, participating child care providers, or Empower Centers, receive an Empower Pack. The guidelines and tools included in this Empower Pack can be easily incorporated into the everyday routine of child care to instill healthy life choices.
