The Well
Woman HealthCheck Program is a state-wide program that provides free cancer screening
to women that qualify. Women on the program may receive a:
- Clinical
Breast Exam
- Mammogram
- Pelvic
Exam
- Pap Test

The Well Woman HealthCheck Program is operated by the Arizona Department of Health Services
through a cooperative agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention.
Fit at Fifty – Colorectal Cancer Awareness
The Fit at Fifty HealthCheck Program is Arizona's Colorectal Cancer Screening Program. It is supported with Tobacco Tax and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) funds. The program provides free colorectal cancer screening for the uninsured as well as working with community partners to increase screenings of the insured.
