interest in becoming a registered sanitarian in the State of Arizona. On
the Application for Sanitarian Registration Web page, you will find a registration
application. Please fill out the application completely and enclose
a non-refundable application fee of $25.00 made payable to Treasurer - State of Arizona, to:

To ensure that
your Sanitarian registration application will be reviewed by the Arizona
Sanitarians' Council at their next meeting, your application, including
college transcripts, must be received at least 7 days before the next
scheduled meeting.
