ADHS will be performing maintenance on the Medical Marijuana systems starting on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at 10 PM expected to be completed by Sunday, January 25, 2015 at 4 AM. During this time, Medical Marijuana Online Registry Applications will be unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience this maintenance downtime may cause. If the process is completed earlier, the systems will be made available at an earlier time.

This section provides information to the public about the Department's rulemakings, substantive policy statements, and guidance documents.
The Administrative Rules Office is composed of the manager and senior rules analysts. Rules, five-year-review reports, substantive policy statements, and guidance documents are drafted by the senior rules analysts who report to the manager.
The regulatory agenda is the Department's plan for rulemaking and completion of the five-year review reports for the current year.

- The rulemaking moratorium has again been extended. The Department will not be conducting rulemaking activities, unless authorized by an exception, until after December 31, 2015, due to the rulemaking moratorium established by the Governor's Executive Order 2015-01.
