This section provides information to the public about the Department's rulemakings, substantive policy statements, and guidance documents.
The Administrative Rules Office is composed of the manager and senior rules analysts. Rules, five-year-review reports, substantive policy statements, and guidance documents are drafted by the senior rules analysts who report to the manager.
The regulatory agenda is the Department's plan for rulemaking and completion of the five-year review reports for the current year.

- The rulemaking moratorium has been extended. The Department will not be conducting regular rulemaking activities, unless authorized by an exception, until after December 31, 2014, due to the rulemaking moratorium established by the Governor's Executive Order 2012-03, published in 18 A.A.R 1656.
