Cancer Screening Locations
To help facility eligibility determination and enrollment, the HealthCheck Program has partnered with the American Cancer Society to establish toll-free hotline hotlines for the WWHP (1-888-257-8502) and the FFHP (1-866-227-6044) that are staffed Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-6:00PM Arizona Time. These hotlines provide additional resources for you but eligibility determination and enrollment can also be made directly through the HealthCheck program contractors listed by county below, or using the statewide map.
