Integrated Licensing Rules Implementation
Effective October 1st, 2013, all of our Health Care Institution (HCI) Licensing rules (Chapter 10) and Court Ordered Program Approvals rules (Chapter 20) went into effect. The official versions of these rules can be found on the Secretary of State's website, or more user-friendly versions of these rules (unofficial versions) can be found below:
